It’s easy to shop, select, and schedule gifts by entering the Send Date at checkout so you can manage your gifting needs in a single transaction. Get to know scheduled delivery and its streamlined process.
Schedule Six Months in Advance
You can schedule gift card delivery up to six months from the date of order, allowing you to plan for all kinds of future events.
Order Multiple Digital Gifts at One Time
Looking to send gifts to a large group? You can easily schedule the delivery of the same eGift card design to up to 100 recipients. This is an excellent way to handle large-scale gifting, whether it's for holiday gifts for teachers, gifts for neighbors, or community events!
Use Current Promo Codes with Scheduled Delivery
You can use your current promo codes when scheduling delivery of digital gift cards, making it ideal to order and schedule many gifts when taking advantage of special offers.
How To Schedule Your eGift Cards For Future Delivery?
Step 1
Find the digital gift card and enter the required information on the page (Card Value, Recipient Email, Quantity).
Step 2
Use the “Send Date” scheduler to enter the date of delivery up to six months from the date of order. Please note: The scheduler will default to send immediately.
Step 3
Click on “Add to Cart,” and your order will appear in the cart pop-out showing your scheduled send date.
Step 4
Proceed to checkout and review your information, orders, and scheduled delivery dates.
Step 5
Enter your information on the Payment screen and click on “Place Order.”
Step 6
Look for a confirmation email after you've successfully placed an order. It will confirm your eGift card purchase and show the future delivery date.

Scheduled Delivery FAQs
Can I schedule an eGift card to be delivered at a later date?
Yes, you can place an order today with a scheduled delivery date in the future. Please note that:
- Scheduled delivery is only available for eGift cards.
- Your scheduled date can be up to 6 months in the future.
- You will not be charged for the purchase until the eGift card is sent to your recipient.
- Your scheduled eGift cards will be sent between 5:00 am and 9:00 am EST on your scheduled date and you will receive an email titled “Your Order Is On Its Way” when we send the eGift card to the recipient.
When Placing a Scheduled Delivery Order please note that:
- You cannot add both a scheduled card and non-scheduled card to the same order. Please place separate orders if you need a scheduled card and a non-scheduled card.
- You cannot have cards with multiple scheduled delivery dates in one order. Please place separate order(s) if you have multiple scheduled delivery dates.
- Once a scheduled delivery date is chosen and the order is placed, the date cannot be updated. However, you can cancel your order up to one day before your scheduled date and place a new order with your new date.
- You can view your scheduled delivery date on both your order confirmation email and the Track Order page.
- If you do not add a scheduled date, your order will be fulfilled immediately.
Can I schedule a physical gift card delivery?
Scheduling gift cards for future delivery is available for eGift only. Consider ordering plastic gift cards in advance to send to yourself so you’ll have them on hand for future celebrations.
